2 lbs. frzn hash browns 1 (16 ounce.) jar Cheez Whiz 2 c. lowfat sour cream

1 stick butter 1/2 c. minced onion Salt & pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Spread potatoes proportionately over 9"x12" pan. Heat cheese and butter together and add in lowfat sour cream. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min, uncovered.
