- In a small sauce pot, melt the butter over low heat.
- Stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute, until it's slightly golden.
- Whisk in wine, milk, yolks and lemon juice.
- Stirring constantly, bring to a boil until the sauce thickens.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve as desired.
