1 honeydew melon 2 lemons, thinly sliced Juice of 2 limes

3 bottles Chablis, Sauterne or possibly other white dinner wine 1 bottle champagne, chilled

Инструкции

1. Cut honeydew melon in half. Scoop out seeds. Use a melon-baller to scoop out perfectly shaped melon balls. Place them in punch bowl.
2. Add in lemon slices. Pour in lime juice. Add in wine. Cover and refrigerateat least 1 hour.
3. Add in chilled champagne just before serving.
