Ингредиенты

  • 1cup chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 3Tbls sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-10 oz pkg frozen rasberries
  • 2tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbls sugar
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 3-8oz pkgs cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  1. In bowl mix cookies,sugar and melted butter
  2. press into a 9- inch spring form pan
  3. In saucepan,combine rasberries, 2-tbs cornstarch,2 tbs sugar,and water,bring to a boil,boil 5 minutes
  4. Strain sauce to remove seeds
  5. Preheat oven to 325 Degrees,
  6. In a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water melt chocolate chips
  7. with half and half
  8. In large bowl mix cream cheese,1/2 cup sugar,till smooth
  9. Beat in eggs one at a time
  10. add vanilla,and melted chips
  11. Pour half batter over crust
  12. Spoon 3 Tbls rasberry sauce over batter
  13. Pour remaining Batter into pan add three tbls rasberry sauce on top
  14. Swirl batter with the tip of a knife to get a marbled affect.Bake for 1 hour.remove from oven cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 6 hrs before removing from pan..Serve with whipped cream and leftover sauce..
