- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- For the White Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
- 1/2 lb butter, room temperature
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4-6 Tbsp half and half or whipping cream
- 8 oz white chocolate
