Ингредиенты

  • 4 c. white flour
  • 2 c. wheat flour
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 Packages dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. very hot water
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Инструкции

  1. Sift flour into large bowl. Add in butter and Large eggs. Combine yeast and hot water together; set aside. Heat to very hot lowfat milk, salt, and sugar; add in both to flour and beat till mixed. Turn out on a lightly floured board and knead (do not knead in too much flour). Grease large bowl and put dough into bowl to let rise 1 hour. Punch down; let rest 10 min. Shape into rolls and let rise 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for about 25 min.
