Ингредиенты
Pastry for single crust (see recipe below)
3/4 c. cracked wheat soaked in 1/2 c. hot water, soak till water is absorbed
3 Large eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
Инструкции
Stir in softened wheat. Bake in unbaked pie crust at 350 degrees for 30 min.
Tip: May add in 1 Tbsp. molasses to light corn syrup to make 1 c. if you do not have dark corn syrup.
