Ингредиенты

1 pkg. dry codfish
2 onions
1 pkg. chives
1 green pepper

Healthy pinch of thyme
Black pepper
2 c. self-rising flour

Инструкции

Soak fish overnight. Boil fish for 30 min. Rinse 3 times. Mince fish and onions, chives and green pepper. Stir in flour, thyme and black pepper. Drop several tsp of mix in a generous amount of oil in skillet on medium flame. Fry to golden.
