,%20the%20difference%20between%20eating%20consciously%20and%20eating%20whatever%20I%20want,%20starts%20in%20what%20I%20tell%20myself!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%EF%BB%BF%20%20I%20can%20talk%20myself%20into%20eating%20healthfully%20and%20consciously,%20or%20talk%20myself%20out%20of%20it%20in%20a%20split%20second!%20AND%20I%20have%20done%20both!!!Sometimes%20a%20%20GF%20cookie,%20ice%20cream,%20or%20an%20extra%20serving%20of%20dinner%20just%20looks%20so%20good,%20and%20I%20want%20it%20so%20badly.%20I%20might%20tell%20myself%20I'll%20just%20have%20one%20piece%20or%20its%20a%20special%20occasion%20and%20I%20should%20not%20deprive%20myself.%20(%20%20but%20there%20are%20so%20many%20special%20occasions:%20birthdays,%20holidays,%20dinners%20out%20with%20friends,%20anniversary's,%20graduations,%20births,%20parties%20etc.)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMostly,%20I%20overeat%20or%20eat%20unconsciously%20because%20I%20don't%20have%20a%20plan%20to%20follow.%20I%20find%20without%20a%20plan%20and%20a%20goal..%20I'm%20at%20the%20mercy%20of%20too%20much%20food%20even%20healthy%20food%20or%20sugar,%20starch,%20and%20fat..and%20all%20the%20goodies%20out%20there.%20(%20It%20can%20be%20addicting%20for%20me%20and%20hard%20to%20get%20off%20it%20once%20I%20start)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20few%20weeks%20ago%20I%20realized%20that%20after%20two%20-three%20years%20of%20yo%20yo%20dieting,%20gaining%20and%20losing%20and%20then%20finally%20gaining%20and%20gaining,%20I%20ended%20up%20with%2027%20extra%20pounds%20in%20three%20years!!!%20I%20have%20now%20lived%20with%20that%2027%20pounds%20for%20a%20year%20and%20half%20,%20and%20I've%20come%20to%20think%20of%20myself%20as%20pudgy.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPrior%20to%20gaining%20this%20weight%20,%20I%20had%20been%20slim%20and%20shapely%20for%20over%209%20years%20when%20I%20went%20on%20a%20weight%20loss%20program%20to%20lose%2050%20pounds.I%20kept%20it%20off%20for%20over%20nine%20years.%20During%20those%20nine%20years,%20I%20had%20a%20daily%20plan%20that%20became%20a%20daily%20habit,%20just%20like%20brushing%20my%20teeth..%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20planned%20my%20meals,%20planned%20my%20exercise%20time,%20and%20had%20mini%20goals%20..%20I%20lost%20weight,%20and%20I%20sculpted%20by%20using%20hand%20weights%20and%20built%20muscle.%20It%20made%20me%20look%20shapely%20and%20small%20.%20I%20became%20a%20size%204/6..%20Unbelievable..%20but%20true,%20and%20I%20was%20almost%2050%20years%20old%20at%20the%20time!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20never%20thought%20I%20could%20be%20a%20slim%20person;%20I%20never%20thought%20I%20could%20never%20be%20a%20small%20or%20a%20size%206%20(%20let%20alone%20a%204)!!!%20But%20I%20was%20happy%20and%20slim%20%20for%20years!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThoughts%20are%20powerful%20and%20persuasive...what%20I%20tell%20myself%20does%20seem%20to%20matter.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20have%20a%20choice;%20I%20can%20plan%20and%20be%20prepared%20everyday%20no%20matter%20if%20it%20is%20a%20party%20day,%20a%20birthday%20or%20a%20dinner%20out.%20I%20can%20plan%20my%20exercise%20routine%20for%20everyday%20and%20stick%20to%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20plan%20is%20to%20get%20my%20previous%20size%20six%20body%20back!!%20How%20am%20I%20going%20to%20do%20that%20?..%20I%20am%20going%20to%20work%20for%20it%20by%20%20following%20a%20plan%20and%20sticking%20to%20it.%20This%20is%20what%20I%20do..%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlan%20my%20menu%20for%20the%20week%20(%20or%20a%20few%20days)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EShop%20and%20make%20sure%20everything%20I%20need%20in%20in%20the%20house%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStrategies-%20use%20a%20crock%20pot,%20wash%20and%20cut%20up%20veggie%20snacks%20in%20advance%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBe%20prepared-%20Keep%20Weight%20Watchers%201%20point%20cheese%20sticks%20and%20hard%20boiled%20eggs%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20handy,take%20my%20snacks%20to%20work,%20shopping,%20to%20a%20friends%20house,%20and%20the%20gym.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlan%20my%20exercise-%20make%20time%20for%20me%20and%20stick%20to%20it-%20lift%20weights,%20do%20a%20exercise%20CD,%20go%20to%20the%20gym%20for%20a%20scheduled%20class.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETake%20my%20gym%20clothes%20and%20sneakers%20in%20the%20car%20so%20I%20don't%20have%20to%20stop%20home%20after%20work%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EKeep%20my%20MP3%20Player%20charged%20,%20so%20I%20can%20listen%20to%20my%20inspirational%20CDs,%20books,%20or%20music%20while%20I%20exercise%20which%20helps%20make%20the%20time%20go%20and%20feel%20enjoyable.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDrink%20more%20water-%20carry%20water%20with%20me.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERead%20inspiration%20web%20sites%20of%20others%20who%20offer%20ideas%20and%20success%20stories.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20the%20last%20three%20year%20struggle,%20(%20which%20started%20with%20an%20injury%20that%20prohibited%20me%20from%20exercising)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20am%20finally%20am%20realizing%20that%20I%20cannot%20diet..%20I%20get%20it!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20have%20make%20permanent%20healthy%20eating%20choices.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETip:%20%20I%20read%20somewhere%20that%20there%20is%20no%20finish%20line%20for%20eating%20consciously,%20no%20finish%20line%20for%20exercising,%20a
