4 med. baking potatoes or possibly 6 sm. red ones, quartered 1/4 c. vegetable oil 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

Инструкции

1. Mix oil and seasonings in a cereal bowl. Dip the potatoes in the mix till they are completely coated. Put on microwave dish and bake for 8 to 10 min (depending on size of potatoes and the microwave) and turn them about half way through. You may want to add in a bit more Parmesan about 2 min before they are done.
