Ингредиенты
- One Watermelon Radish (Rinse well) I use a mandoline to slice thinly
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- one lemon (juice only)
- several fresh springs rosemary chopped super finely
- Several bunches scallions (cleaned, cut ends)
- 2 dozen multi-grain thin crackers (as shown) Or you can use toasted bread slices or crackers of your choice

- In a mixing bowl add sour cream and lemon juice, chopped rosemary and stir well, refrigerate until ready to use
- Cut ends off scallions and rinse clean
- Slice watermelon radish (I use a mandoline for thin slices)
- Spread sour cream mixture on cracker base, add several slices of watermelon radishes, topped with a scallion
- Plate and serve.
