Рецепт Watermelon Kulfi

Ingredients:

• Watermelon Puree – 1 cup
• Musk Melon Puree – 1 cup
• Cucumber Puree – 1/2 cup
• Chaat Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
• Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Cream – 2 tblsp
• Salt – 1/4 tsp

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients except cream in a bowl.

2. Pour into kulfi moulds and place them in the freezer for a few hours or until set.

3. When set, remove and transfer to a serving bowl/plate.

4. Serve with cream.
