Ингредиенты

2 boxes frzn minced spinach 2 c. bread stuffing mix 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2 chopped onions 1 tbsp. garlic salt

6 beaten Large eggs 2/3 teaspoon thyme 3/4 c melted butter 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 tbsp. lowfat milk

Инструкции

1. Cook and drain spinach. Fold in other ingredients. Roll into 1" balls. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees. Can be frzn and thawed 1 hour before baking. Serve hot.
2. Makes 4 dozen.
