Ингредиенты

3 sq. unsweetened chocolate 1/2 c. shortening 3 Large eggs 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon salt 1 c. all-purpose flour 1 1/2 c. minced walnuts 1/3 c. raspberry jam

Инструкции

1. Heat chocolate with shortening over warm water; cold slightly. Blend together Large eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt; stir in chocolate mix, then flour. Mix in walnuts.
2. Turn into well-greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 min. Spoon jam over warm brownies; spread carefully. Let cold. Spread Velvet Chocolate Glaze over brownies and top with walnuts if you like.
