- 1 no - Tamarind (blueberry size)
- 1 stalk - Fresh curry leaves
- Salt as needed
- Oil for sautéing Seasonings:
- 1 tbsp - Sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp - Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp - Split black gram / ulunthu
