Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon poppyseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3 c. mixed torn salad greens
  • 2 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 2 med. apples, minced
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts

Инструкции

  1. In a small mixer bowl, combine first six ingredients. Gradually add in oil, beating constantly with electric mixer till slightly thickened. Cover and chill. In salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir dressing; pour desired amount over salad. Toss.
  2. Dressing is good on fruit salad, too.
