Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 l. dry wine
  • 1 piece cinnamon (4-6 cm. long)
  • 10 cloves
  • 1 l. strong beef stock (or possibly 1/2 l. cream)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 T cool butter
  • 150 g white bread, cut into sq. and fried in some oil

  1. Cook wine with cinnamon and cloves for 5 min. Add in beef stock and cook another 5 min; filter. Add in cream and salt and pepper to taste. In the blender, mix the hot soup with the cold butter. Top with the fried bread squares.
