4 c. water 1 pound potatoes, peeled, diced 2 c. minced onions 6 chicken flavored bouillon cubes

1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 1/2 c. mayonnaise Minced chives

Инструкции

1. Place first 6 ingredients in 4 qt saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low cover. Simmer 15 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Cold. Place 1/2 at a time in blender or possibly processor. Blend till uniform. Pour into large bowl. Stir in mayonnaise. Cover. Refrigerateovernight. Serve in ice cool bowls. Sprinkle with minced chives. Makes 4 c..
