Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 pound bacon, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 boxes frzn corn, thawed
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 2 c. half and half
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. In skillet, saute/fry bacon till crisp, add in onion and butter, saute/fry till onion is clear. Add in flour and stir over medium heat for 4 to 5 min. Add in all remaining ingredients. Simmer for 5 min, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper to taste.
