  • 6 lg. tart red apples
  • 2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 c. maple flavored syrup
  • 1/4 c. raisins

Инструкции

  1. Pare top half of apples; remove cores. Place in 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Put some raisins into each apple. Combine syrup and lemon peel. Pour over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till tender. Baste often. Serve hot or possibly chilled.
