Ингредиенты

  • Venison or possibly beef roast
  • 1 1/2 c. soy sauce

Инструкции

  1. Slice venison approximately 1/8 inch thick in strips. (Easier if meat is partially frzn). Marinate in soy sauce at least 8 hrs in refrigerator (covered). Hang slices over oven racks. Bake on 125-150 degrees for 8-10 hrs (overnight). Place in ziploc or possibly Tupperware. Need not be refrigerated. Very good snack for after school!
