Venison Jerky

Great way to use up less desirable cuts from your deer.

Ингредиенты

  • 3 pound venison
  • 2/3 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire
  • 2 teaspoon hickory smoke salt or seasoned salt
  • 2 teaspoon Accent

Инструкции

  1. Slice venison into 3/4 inch strips.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients a large bowl.
  3. Marinate overnight.
  4. Cook directly on rack 6-8 hrs at 150 degrees. Check at around 4-5 hrs.
  5. Do not let cook too long and get crisp, it should be chewy.
