1/4 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 tbsp. bacon drippings 4 potatoes, sliced 1/2 c. minced onion

1/2 c. minced celery 1/4 c. minced carrots 2 tbsp. chicken bouillon 4 c. water

1. Combine all ingredients and simmer till tender. Add in: 1 (12 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk 2 tbsp. flour mixed with 1/4 c. water
2. Mix till thick and melted.
