1/2 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 (8 ounce.) jar salsa
2 tbsp. minced cilantro

Инструкции

Saute/fry onion in butter, reduce heat to low. Add in remaining ingredients, stir till process cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
