Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar plus 2 tbsp.
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 2 c. applesauce
  • 12 ounce. pkg. chocolate chips

Инструкции

  1. Cream shortening and sugar. Add in next six ingredients. Mix. Add in applesauce and 3/4 of the chocolate chips. Pour into 8 x 12 pan. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Pour remaining chips on top of cake and bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
