Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 pound tofu
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (2 ounce) pkg. Knorr Swiss vegetable soup/dip mix
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced spinach
  • 1 round loaf sour dough French bread

Инструкции

  1. Blend tofu and lowfat sour cream in blender till very smooth. In a bowl, blend together soup mix, green onion and sour cream/tofu mix. Chill at least 8 hrs or possibly overnight. Cook spinach till just tender.Drain very well, by pressing all water out in a colander, let cool, then add in to tofu mix. Refrigerate till ready to serve. Hollow out loaf of French bread and fill center of loaf with dip to serve. Serve with small slices of French bread. Serves 8.
