  • 1 SMALL ORGANIC SWEET ONION, CHOPPED
  • 8 CUPS WATER
  • 4 CUPS ORGANIC CELERY, CHOPPED
  • 2 CUPS ORGANIC CARROTS & VEGETABLE TRIMMINGS, CHOPPED
  • 2 TEASPOONS ORGANIC BRAGGS SPRINKLE
  • 2 BAY LEAVES

  1. IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN OR STOCKPOT, SAUTE' THE SHOPPED ONION IN THE MELTED EARTH BALANCE (BUTTER).
  2. ADD THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS, BRING TO A BOIL, THEN REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR.
  3. STRAIN THE STOCK, REMOVE BAY LEAVES, LIQUIFY THE VEGETABLES IN LARGE NINJA CONTAINER OR BLENDER.
  4. ADD BACK THE STRAINED STOCK WITHOUT WASTING THE VEGETABLES.
  5. PUT STOCK IN STAINLESS STEEL ICE CUBE TRAYS AND FREEZE FOR FUTURE USE.
