- Separate the broccoli and cauliflower in size desired. Cut carrots into bite sizes. Snap corners and cut green beans in half. Steam vegetables for 10 min. Drain and place vegetables in glass baking dish. Spread fresh sliced mushrooms over vegetables. Combine soups with 1 or possibly 2 cans of lowfat milk and boil. Pour proportionately over vegetables. Spread grated cheese proportionately over vegetables. Spread onion rings over cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 min till cheese is melted and onion rings are crisp.
