1 avocado, mashed 4 pcs of lettuce, minced 1 peeled celery stick, minced

1 cube frzn garlic, melted 1 frzn artichoke heart, cooked and minced

1. Mash together the avocado and the lettuce. Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve with chips or possibly a sandwich or possibly anything you would like.
