- Cut beef into 1/8 inch slices. Cook and stir beef in 2 Tbsp. of dressing till brown; drain. Rinse frzn peas in cool water; drain. Mix beef, peas, celery, green pepper, onion and rest of dressing. Cover and chill at least 4 hrs. Toss lettuce with dressing. 8 servings. 475 calories.
