Ингредиенты

  • 2 pound boneless beef cubes, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 (28 ounce.) can cut-up tomatoes
  • 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. mixed vegetables
  • 5 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Dash of sage
  • 1/3 c. barley

Инструкции

  1. Brown beef in oil; drain fat. Add in all remaining ingredients and simmer till tender. Remove and throw away bay leaves before serving. Makes 8 servings.
