2 c. cooked rice 1/2 c. minced onion 1/2 c. minced green peppers

1/2 c. warm peppers 3 bags pizza cheese 2 cans mixed vegetables

1. Spread your rice in a long cake pan. Stir fry vegetables in butter, spread over the rice. Cover with pizza cheese. Bake for 30 min till cheese is melted.
