- 1 oz (30 g) dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1 oz (30 g) dried wakame seaweed
- 1/2 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons ground turmeric
- 2 tablespoons tamari (soy) sauce
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (optional)
