Veal With Lemon Wine Sauce

Ингредиенты

  • 4 to 6 veal cutlets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 ounce. fresh or possibly canned mushrooms

Инструкции

  1. Dredge cutlets in flour and garlic pwdr mix. Saute/fry in butter, remove to baking dish. Add in lemon juice, wine and mushrooms to pan, and saute/fry for 5 min. Pour over veal, cover pan with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Remove to serving dish and serve with rice or possibly noodles.
