- Dredge cutlets in flour and garlic pwdr mix. Saute/fry in butter, remove to baking dish. Add in lemon juice, wine and mushrooms to pan, and saute/fry for 5 min. Pour over veal, cover pan with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Remove to serving dish and serve with rice or possibly noodles.
