2 cloves garlic
Oil
1 pound veal or possibly round
Flour, salt & pepper
1 pound can tomatoes, packed
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 can artichoke hearts
Инструкции
Saute/fry garlic. Dust veal with salt, pepper and flour. Brown in oil. Add in tomatoes, artichokes, wine and oregano. Cover. Simmer 45 min or possibly till tender. Serve over rice.
