Ингредиенты

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Oil
  • 1 pound veal or possibly round
  • Flour, salt & pepper
  • 1 pound can tomatoes, packed
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 can artichoke hearts

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry garlic. Dust veal with salt, pepper and flour. Brown in oil. Add in tomatoes, artichokes, wine and oregano. Cover. Simmer 45 min or possibly till tender. Serve over rice.
