Ингредиенты

  • 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Healthy pinch of pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 (4 ounce.) slices veal
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 thin lemon slices
  • Additional lemon slices (optional and I prefer them)

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Dredge veal in flour mix; lb. with a meat mallet till thin. Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat; spray with cooking spray. Add in veal; brown on both sides. Combine water, vinegar, and brown sugar; stir well. Pour over veal; add in bay leaf. Place a lemon slice on each veal piece. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 min or possibly till done. Throw away bay leaf and lemon slices. Garnish with fresh lemon. Goes well with a side dish of carrots, and top off with orange tapioca for dessert.
