8 veal cutlets 2 sliced onions 3 tbsp. butter

1 c. lowfat sour cream 2 sm. cans Hunt's tomato sauce 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms

Инструкции

1. Brown onions in butter. Add in veal cutlets and brown. Mix lowfat sour cream and tomato sauce; pour over veal cutlets. Cover and simmer slowly till cutlets are tender. Add in liquid removed mushrooms and serve over rice.
