- Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil and slowly cook the veal till lightly browned. Drain off oil, if necessary. Add in wine and let simmer about 15 min. Serve with potatoes and salad. Lianaise potatoes. Peel and dice. Heat butter in frying pan. Add in potatoes, onion and pepper and mix well. Brown slightly. Enjoy with salad, other vegetables and dry white wine.
