Uncle Ben's&Reg; Chicken Salad

Ингредиенты

1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice & herb mix
1 (8 ounce.) pkg. almond slivers
3 green onions, minced

4 chicken breasts
1/2 - 3/4 c. Italian salad dressing

Инструкции

Boil chicken and cut into bite sized pcs. Prepare rice according to package directions. Chop green onions. Toast almond slivers. Mix all ingredients together (saving some almond slivers to use as topping). Use only sufficient salad dressing to hold mix together. Chill. When cool, place into a decorative mold. For serving, remove from mold and sprinkle with additional almond slivers if you like.
