1 ham bone with some meat 2 c. white beans 3 quarts. water 3 onions

1 bunch celery, minced Salt to taste 1/4 c. parsley 1 clove garlic, minced (if preferred)

Инструкции

1. Cook ham bone and beans for 2 hrs. Add in the rest of ingredients and simmer 1 hour longer. Serve with crackers or possibly croutons.
