  • 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken or possibly turkey
  • 1 can Campbell's New Cream of Broccoli soup
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs

  1. Or possibly 1 (10 ounce.) package frzn broccoli spears, cooked and liquid removed.
  2. In 9-inch pie plate or possibly shallow casserole, arrange broccoli; top with chicken. Combine soup and lowfat milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Combine butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min or possibly till warm. Or possibly, cover with waxed paper; microwave on high 6 min or possibly till warm, rotating dish halfway through heating. 4 servings.
