INGREDIENTS

Wash and chop chicken into smaller pieces.

In a bowl make a batter of the following;

All purpose flour + Corn flour + Pepper powder + Red chilli powder + Chat masala + Ajinomoto + Salt + Water

See to that the batter is not too watery.

Now add the chicken pieces to this batter.

Deep fry until it turns golden brown in color, remove from flame.

Serve with sauce or plain.

Popcorn Chicken - 2

Continue the same steps as for popcorn chicken - 1.

After immersing chicken in the batter take a cup of oats and coat the chicken pieces well in it.

Deep fry until it turns slightly brownish.

Remove from flame.

Serve with sauce or plain.

TIP 1: Both the chicken popcorn recipes will taste excellent and crispy.

TIP 2: No need for marinating the chicken pieces for minutes or hours, just deep fry it after coating. It will taste good.

TIP 3: If the batter turns out too thick add water and adjust the consistency, similarly if it changes too thin add corn flour or maida.
