  • 2 c. sifted self-rising flour
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Large eggs, unbeaten

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix ingredients in order written. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 11 inch cake pan. Bake for 25-30 min.
