Ингредиенты

6 lg. potatoes butter for potato skin 1/2-1 c. lowfat sour cream 3 T butter 1 egg, well beaten

1 T minced onion 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese Salt & pepper Grated Parmesan cheese

Инструкции

1. Rub potato with butter and prick with fork. Bake at 400 degrees till done, about 45 min. Cut each potato in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the inside. Mash potatoes with all the above ingredients. Beat till fluffy. Pile mashed potatoes lightly and high into potato skins. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees till brown on top.
