Ингредиенты

  • 4 lamb shanks or 6 lamb shoulder chops
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250g whole baby mushrooms
  • 1-2 onions, chopped
  • 420g can Wattie's Traditional Garlic Pasta Sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine or beef stock
  • 10-12 black olives

Инструкции

  1. Brown the lamb shanks in the hot oil in a frying pan. Transfer to a casserole.
  2. Scatter over the mushrooms and onions.
  3. Pour over the Wattie's Traditional Garlic Pasta Sauce , red wine and add the olives if using.
  4. Bake at 180°C for about 1 hour or until the lamb shanks are tender.
  5. Serve hot over mashed potato, polenta or pasta
