1 (15 ounce.) can Bush's minced turnip or possibly mustard greens, liquid removed 1 teaspoon sugar Salt, pepper to taste 1/2 of (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. mayonnaise

2 tbsp. wine vinegar 1 teaspoon horseradish 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten Bread crumbs Grated cheddar cheese

Инструкции

1. Blend all ingredients together except crumbs and cheese. Spoon into casserole. Cover top with bread crumbs and cheese and bake one hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
2. NOTE: This dish multiplies well for a big crowd.
