Ингредиенты

Carcass from 1 turkey 1 med. onion, cut up 1 c. minced celery

4 to 5 c. water Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Bring all ingredients to a boil, simmer for 1 hour. Let cold. Remove turkey from carcass. Strain broth and combine with turkey meat. Serve with rice or possibly macaroni.
