Turkey schnitzels with four types of cheese

Ингредиенты

  • 40g Swiss cheese, cut into cubes
  • 80g Gorgonzola (or other blue cheese), cut into cubes
  • 40g fontina cheese (or Gouda), cut into cubes
  • 20g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 100ml milk
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 300g turkey meat (4 small schnitzels)
  • 2 sage leaves, chopped
  • Parsley leaves, chopped

Инструкции

  1. Melt cheese cubes and grated Parmesan in milk over low heat, stirring occasionally. When cheese is completely melted, set the sauce aside, season with pepper.
  2. In a pan sauté the schnitzels for 3 minutes on both sides over low heat.
  3. Pour the cheese sauce over schnitzels, sprinkle with chopped herbs, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low.
  4. Serve immediately with rice and green salad.
