Ингредиенты

Extra virgin olive oil 1 pound frzn bread dough or possibly pizza dough 1/2 c. pizza sauce 6 ounce. (3 links) Italian turkey sausage, casing removed, cooked and crumbled 4 to 6 mushrooms, sliced

1 sm. onion, sliced 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch strips 1 tbsp. oregano 4 ounce. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Инструкции

1. Heat oven to 500 degrees. Lightly oil 10 inch round cake pan or possibly pie plate. Roll out dough; press into pan. Brush dough with oil. Spread pizza sauce on dough. Top with sausage. Arrange mushrooms, onion and green pepper over sausage; sprinkle with oregano and cheeses. Bake till crust is browned and crisp, 10 to 12 min. Yield: 10 inch pizza.
