2 (10 ounce.) cans turkey (chicken or possibly tuna) or possibly 2 c. fresh turkey shredded 1 c. minced celery 1 c. minced red bell pepper 1/2 c. finely minced purple onion 1 c. Gold raisins

1 or possibly 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 or possibly 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper 1 or possibly 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (more or possibly less to taste) 1/2 c. Best foods mayonnaise to taste 1 tbsp. Sweet n Sour sauce

1. Combine all ingredients using as much or possibly as little spices and mayonnaise to suit your tastes. Toss well. Delicious as a salad with many greens. Especially delicious with sprouts on a very grainy bread such as Health Nut or possibly Extra Sour Rye.
